If you print on paper, even thick paper, think to laminate your divider if you want that it stays in good condition.
Another good choice is to print on cardstock. I did that with my Early Fall dividers , and they are still in good condition. The dividers already have the right dimensions to fit in. So, you only have to print, cut, and make holes in them with a punch for a discbound system.
